Blowing Rock -  A favorite of Maryon at Anguillian Divers.  This is a shallow dive max. 40ft. Rock formations, elkhorn coral, green/yellow/pink anemones and a cave. Because there is a current we can see a school of barracuda, occasionally reefsharks and nursesharks, also schools of grunts, lobsters, as well as spotted morray eels.
